She earned a regional Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV located in Miami. Also, she worked for WPLG-TV Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach in Florida. In 1993, she was selected to anchor the first season of ESPN2's launch. She worked at ESPN2 from 1993 until 1999 prior to moving on to Fox Sports. In 1999, she returned to ESPN as the host for "Monday Night Countdown.
